A Overview of Clinical Pharmacokinetics-Daniel Hu

This session is designed to take the learner through the basics of clinical pharmacokinetics. The session will help the learner assess drug therapy using the foundations of principles of how drugs interact with the body and the effects they produce.

Learning objectives:

  • Upon completion, participants will be able to describe the four fundamental principles of pharmacokinetics.
  • Upon completion, participants will be able to compare and contrast medications in terms of their pharmacokinetic properties.
  • Upon completion, participants will be able to list drug resources for pharmacokinetic information.
